Following a recent exodus of party members, it now seems that another crack has appeared in the UKIP foundations.
It has been reported this week that Petrina Holdsworth, UKIP Chairwoman and recent candidate in the general election for Folkestone and Hythe, has been sidelined and replaced.
UKIP party members have received letters, signed from “acting party chairman” Graham Booth, Member of the European Parliament for the South West, without explanation as to the demise of the only prominent female member of UKIP.
Meanwhile, UKIP are planning a series of meetings and conferences for the autumn to discuss the future and urgent restructuring of the faltering party.
