Any lingering doubts about how right-wing ukip is on domestic matters as well can be dissipated by looking at their extreme anti-NHS line displayed again in today's (15 July) Daily Telegraph:

Letter from Paul Nuttall MEP to Daily Telegraph: "The NHS is one of the biggest employers in the world, but as with all state monopolies, it is costly, inefficient and stuffed with bureaucrats. In Labour's NHS, for every nurse there is a manager, and vital workers, such as midwives, are falling in numbers. The problem, however, goes far deeper. The NHS stifles competition, and as competition drives quality and choice, innovation and improvement are restricted".
